Telly is designed to respect your privacy. This policy explains, in plain English, what data the app handles and what it doesn't.
Nothing. Telly has no servers, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to ourselves.
Everything you do in Telly — the shows you track, the episodes you've watched, your watchlist, ratings, lists, and history — is stored locally on your device. It never leaves the device unless you choose to sign in with Trakt.
If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.
Telly lets you sign in with a Trakt account to sync your watch progress across devices. If you choose to sign in:
You can sign out at any time from within the app. Telly does not store or share your Trakt credentials.
To show posters, backdrops, and metadata, Telly loads images and data from public APIs (Trakt, TMDB, and their image CDNs). These requests carry only standard network information (such as your IP address), which we do not log or store.
When you enable notifications for new episodes, Telly schedules them locally on your device using known air dates. No device tokens or notification data are sent to us or to any server we operate.
Telly is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from them.
If this policy changes, we will update it here and revise the date above.
